How do I make 1 on 1 meetings?
To make 1 on 1's more productive, we use this model where the led person pre-fills and uses the meeting to discuss details with the leadership and create an action plan to keep evolving.
The 1 on 1 meeting is divided into 3 agendas, I usually divide the time equally between them:
- Business Updates
- Professional development
- Next week's expectations and Action Plan
